KISPÁL ÉS A BORZ
The programme of the 2nd SopronFest is expanding week by week. It is now certain that the most important band of several generations, Kispál and the Borz, will play on the main square on the evening of 16 May, and after the Lovasi's, the legendary party band NECC Party will dance the night away at the base of the Fire Tower. Tickets for the event go on sale on 1 February and season ticket holders can get tickets at a discounted price.

The name of Sopron and the name of the Little Palms are undoubtedly intertwined. During their most active period, the group performed regularly in the city's clubs, they played a starring role at the VOLT Festival, and one of the stops on their farewell tour in 2010 was the City of Loyalty.
The Lovasi's have decided to return to the stage for a few concerts in 2024, the only festival among them being SopronFest, where they will perform the classics of their career spanning generations on the Main Square on the zero day of the festival.
It is important for the group that this time they can offer a "family-sized" concert for those who want to sing along with them again to the lines of "The Flesh-Eater, the Bridge-Breaker", "The Blond Woman", "If in Life", "The Animal of the Prey" and "Emese", which is why they are expecting just 2,000 guests for their SopronFest performance.

Another special feature of the zero-day programme is that after the Lovasi's concert, the NECC Party, which fills the dance floors of clubs and festivals all over the country, will be waiting for the audience at the foot of the illuminated Fire Tower.
Tickets will be available from 1 February on the SopronFest website. Those who have bought a season ticket can get additional tickets at a discounted price.
The SopronFest organisers are preparing a week of events in the city's Main Square from 12 May, with Ferenc Demjén's concert on 12 May, Kraak & Smaak, Csík Orchestra and Be Massive Horizon all public events, which are free of charge.
SopronFest 2024 will be held for the second time, across the city, over 10 days. The main concert venue will be the Lővérek on 17-18-19 May - the first half of the year will be the only time Azahriah will be on stage, but it will also host Alle Farben, Majka, Dzsúdló, Tankcsapda, Valmar, ByeAlex and Slepp, Rúzsa Magdi, Bagossy Brothers Company, Beton.Hofi, Follow the Flow, Kowalsky and Vega and many other "big names" that will be announced later.
