How can I upload my event to the site?
To upload a new event, registration is required. After that, you can enter your event’s location, cover image, description, start and end times for free in the Content Editor. Your event will then be reviewed by our editorial team, and if it meets the site’s Terms of Use, it will be published.

Events cannot be listed on Telekom Spots if they: Openly promote hateful, racist, or otherwise offensive content. Encourage violence, illegal activities, or violations of community guidelines, are political campaign events organized by an entity running in an election, spread misleading or false information.
Telekom Spots reserves the right to moderate and remove inappropriate events at its own discretion.
What information should I provide in the Program section?
Performers' program breakdown, detailed lineup, other program elements.
How long does it take for my event to be published on the site?
If you have uploaded content that does not match the Terms of Use, it will be published within 36 hours at the latest.
Can I upload an event without the categories?
You have to pick at least one category for your uploaded content. If none of the categories feel right to you, try UNCATEGORIZED, and let us know by e-mail at [email protected] which category you would like to choose.
Can my event be included in the landing page highlights?
Yes, it is possible, but the decision is made by our editors. If you would like your event to be highlighted, feel free to contact us!
Who is responsible for the events listed on Telekom Spots?
Telekom Spots is an open event listing platform where anyone can upload their own events. Telekom is not the organizer or sponsor of the events unless explicitly stated in the event details.
Since events are uploaded by external organizers, the organizer is solely responsible for their content, details, any changes, or cancellations. If you have any questions about a specific event, please contact the organizer directly.
Can I search for events using a map?
Yes, you can search using a map on the Events subpage. After enabling your location services, you can select your preferred search radius to instantly view nearby events and venues.
TRUSTED SOURCE BADGE
Why should I apply for a trusted source badge?
Content published by a "Tursted source" will not be checked contrary to the Terms of Use and will be published immediately on the site regardless of approval.
What can I do to get the badge?
You can apply for the badge in the Content Editor by entering your promoter details and accepting the Additional Terms and Conditions, in which you agree to upload your content in two languages: English and Hungarian.
Performers, Promoters
How can I upload my Performer or promoter profile to the site?
You can upload your Performer or Promoter profile for free after registering on the site, in the Content Editing section.
Venues
How do I upload my venue to the site?
To upload a new venue, you need to register, then you can enter the latitude and longitude coordinates, cover, description of the venue from the Content Editor for free.

Where can I upload content?
You can upload new content for free after registering on the site, in the Edit Content section
Do I have to upload content in two languages?
Bilingual content uploading is not mandatory, but we recommend that you provide the description in both English and Hungarian to reach your potential audience. You can do this by using the HU/ENG buttons in the content editor.
Important Information! If you miss out to provide an English description, users who use the English version of the site will receive the following warning:
"Sorry for the missing translation - the uploader didn't provide an English description."

How can I edit the content I have uploaded?
You can access your previously uploaded content from the Content Editing menu, where you can edit or delete it at any time.
What information should I provide on the site?
The information displayed on Telekom Spots should only contain information about real events of real performers, organizers, and venues and conditions that are actually provided by the event organisers.
I found incorrect information on the site. Who should I contact?
If you find incorrect information on the site, please let us know at [email protected]. If you are an artist, organizer, or venue representative and would like to update your page, contact us so we can grant you editing rights!
Profile settings
I cannot log in to my user account, what should I do?
Check that you have entered the following correctly: e-mail address, password.
If you still cannot log in, please request a password reset link for your registered email address at the login interface.
I have not received the verification email, How long should I wait?
If you don't receive the verification email within a few hours and it's not in your spam, promotions or updates folder, check the email address you entered when you registered.
If you entered the wrong address, please register again with the correct one.
How can I change my login password?
You can change your login password at any time by logging in to your account at your profile settings.
If you cannot remember your password, request a password reset link to your registered email address at the login interface.
How can I change my login email address?
When you log in to your account, you can change your login email address at any time, or use it to register again if you have not registered already.
What should I do if I want to receive newsletters about the most exciting programs?
You can opt-in to receive newsletters from us during the registration flow, or you can subscribe to our newsletters at any time after that, by logging into your profile and ticking the box below:
"I consent to receive electronic promotional and marketing messages from Telekom Spots by e-mail as set out in the Privacy Policy."
How can I delete my user account?
Once logged in to your account, you can delete your registration at any time without giving a reason by going to your profile and selecting Delete Account.
Tickets
How can I buy tickets through Spots?
For events where ticket sales are handled directly through the Spots platform, you can purchase your tickets by clicking the "Buy Tickets" (Jegyvásárlás) button on the event's page.
How do I activate my Magenta Moments coupon code?
Telekom customers can get a 75% discount on Telekomosok Fesztiválja events using the coupon code available in Magenta Moments. One code can be used to purchase up to 2 discounted tickets. You can apply your discount code during the checkout process by clicking on the "Do you have a Magenta Moments coupon code?" (Van Magenta Moments kuponkódod?) bar.
Is there a transaction fee for ticket purchases?
Yes, the payment service provider (Stripe) charges a transaction fee of 2% of the ticket purchase price, with a minimum fee of 180 HUF.
I didn't receive an invoice for my ticket purchase, what should I do?

Do I need to register to buy tickets?
No, registration is not required to purchase tickets. Simply click the "Continue as guest" button.
Can I cancel my ticket purchase and get a refund?
No, cancellations and refunds are not possible, as the contract states that the admission ticket is valid for a specific date or time period.
What should I do if I cannot download my purchased ticket?
Please send us an email at [email protected]! To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your message:
- the error message you received (if any),
- the device you are using,
- and your browser type and version.
What should I do if the confirmation email with my tickets hasn't arrived?
First, please check your Promotions and Spam/Junk folders. If you still can't find the email, please write to us at [email protected]—make sure to write to us from the same email address you used for the purchase—and we will resend your tickets.
Important information for Outlook and Hotmail users: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties sending emails to @hotmail and @outlook addresses. If possible, please use an email address from a different provider for your purchase. If you have already bought your tickets, you can download them directly from the payment success screen, or you can contact us via email to have them sent to an alternative address.
