Behind the bitter cheerfulness lies the generalised attitude of those around them, which is survival in an age of bad news, world uncertainty, hopelessness and apathy. When even the way out seems to be just an additional tiresome problem, an absurd survival strategy takes over, where we sit smiling on top of the pile of bad news, negative impressions and our individual problems and say, "Well, if that's the way it is, at least we're still here."

The aim of the its's fine art group and movement is to create community among those scrabbling at the top of the rubbish heap, to make them understand that they are not alone in their apathy. The objects in this installation exhibition, the result of a long period of collective reflection, are all specifically designed to address this theme and exhibition. The Bunker Gallery, which is the venue, offers the possibility of getting lost in its vast underground spaces, which are not the usual sterile spaces. Organised by the Godot Institute of Contemporary Art, Hungary's largest independent private gallery, the exhibition aims to reintroduce outspoken critical thinking and dialogue to the art scene in Hungary.

The thinking and revolutionary spirit of the organically organised it's fine art group and movement can be explored in their 9-point manifesto until the exhibition opens, as well as on their website https://www.instagram.com/its_fine_movement/, where they explain their feelings in an unusual way with memes.
