Schedule

Join us on the Wednesday before the party for a workshop at 𝐓𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐬á𝐠 𝐊𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐤𝐞. Dan Siegel's practice is a meditation technique based on the theory of mindfulness - the idea is that everything that is 1, known - 2, from the outside world, 3, about our bodies, 3, our mental activities, thoughts, emotions ... and 4, about our interconnectedness - is felt - is a possible object of our consciousness. We connect our consciousness to all of these and distinguish it from them. This process is called integration, which is the self-optimizing process of the mind. In the exercise, we go through these objects in the metaphor of a wheel and thus practice integration. We will be guided through the exercise by psychologist 𝐊𝐢𝐫á𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚 ( [email protected] ). Csaba is one of the first to start "Psyhelp", interested in different states of consciousness, human connectivity "and how we humans interact". Practitioners of the Wheel of Consciousness, walking the path of patience, understanding, goodwill and compassion, in keeping with the spirit of the event, contribute to a more peaceful and fulfilling future. 𝐓ó𝐭𝐡 Á𝐤𝐨𝐬 - 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 The Foundation is the beneficiary of the Earth Dance Parties year after year. We asked Ákos to share his thoughts on peace and solidarity. The foundation has been working to alleviate domestic poverty for decades, participating in international projects to help solve war crises. In the summer, they provide camps for poor families and children, and in the autumn they distribute school supplies and food. For years, more than 1,000 children have received Christmas presents from their foundation, delivered by volunteers on the "Winter Tour", as part of the Christmas of a Thousand Children campaign. Tickets are 2500 - 3500 HUF which will be donated to the Age of Hope Foundation.

Location

Dürer Garden

Recently moved from its original location, the Dürer is a staple of Budapest's metal scene. But don't be scared, it's worth a visit even if you just want to have a couple of drinks by the Danube. From spring, of course.
