Attention, spontaneity and trust in each other are the basis of improvisational stage play, as well as of the therapeutic relationship. The performance evokes the images and nuances of an imagined therapeutic relationship, while the associations become characters and story, the musician's playing becomes themes, and all of this creates a shared reality with the audience.
