The Swiss d'incise defines itself as a "sound detector". He denies playing instruments, but as an instrument he plays anything that can be considered an instrument: software, field recording samples, everyday objects, harmonium, etc. Lately, however, he has been focusing again on analogue electronic sound sources, carefully sampling and reassembling them.
