New Fossils
The New Fossils are a recent Hungarian "super group", consisting of active musicians from the Hungarian and international jazz and popular music scene. Their music is imbued with a sense of languor, while the end result is clearly linked to the latest trend in contemporary urban jazz.

Their song-centric compositions are taken to the next level, sometimes with electronics, sometimes with improvisation. They achieve this with real ease, as they have been key players in the Hungarian jazz and popular music scene as members of the Dresch Quartet or Mörk even before the band started.
