Totone wants nothing out of life that other teenagers in the South of France don't want: to party, ride motorbikes, drink and have girls. His seemingly limitless free everyday life comes to an abrupt end. Totone is left alone with his seven-year-old sister and the cheese-making workshop he inherited. With his friends, the son-turned-family man decides to make Comté, the region's signature cheese, in the hope of winning a €30,000 prize money for the local cheese competition. Although Totone's father has taken the traditional knowledge passed down from generation to generation to his grave, there is nothing to deter the boys.
Director Louise Courvoisier made her debut with her first feature film at the Cannes International Film Festival, where she won the Youth Prize in the Un Certain Regard section.

Bem Cinema
In January 2016, the 108-year-old Bem Cinema will reopen its doors to the public, in a new way never seen before in Hungary: as a cinema of cult and classic films (no harm!), or as the educated French say (if you know your English): as a "repertory cinema".
