The Hungarian audience first saw him in autumn 2015 as a guest of Joe Satriani, but since then, he has performed in Budapest six more times with his own shows. More and more people are discovering his unique, diverse songs rooted in blues and rock classics, and his bold, forward-looking guitar playing.
In his live shows, Dan Patlansky performs almost exclusively his own compositions, with only occasional tributes to icons like Stevie Ray Vaughan or Jimi Hendrix. As in April last year, this time again we strongly recommend his Budapest tour opener to fans of blues/rock and guitar-driven live music — a contemporary master of the Fender Stratocaster.
