"Due to recent health issues, we have to reschedule the tour until 2026." We will announce the new date for the Budapest concert soon. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience. All tickets purchased will be valid for the new date.

Dub Pistols have achieved everything they could possibly achieve, and they still want more. Led by notorious London musician Barry Ashworth, they have toured the world countless times, spending years traveling across America on extended punk rock roadshows, while producing remixes for the likes of Moby, Korn, Limp Bizkit, and many other legendary artists. Simply one of the best live bands in the UK.

Dub Pistols (UK)

Led by Barry Ashworth and Jason O'Bryan, Dub Pistols formed in London in 1996. The two producers (the former a vocalist, the latter also a bassist) have come a long way from their early singles to their mature LP Six Million Ways To Live, which has earned them widespread popularity. It is difficult to define them, but their main stylistic features could be described as dub and hip-hop mixed with some ska, punk, techno, and breakbeat. They have produced several remixes with names such as Moby, Crystal Method, Limp Bizkit, Bono, Korn & Ian Brown. Their song "One" with Busta Rhymes appeared on Blade II, and "Molotov" was featured on the soundtrack of Alfonso Guarcón's film Y Tu Mama Tambien. The two producers also tried their hand at live performances, finding partners in English hip-hop artist Rodney P, singer Terry Hall, American T.K. Lawrence, trombonist Tim Hutton, and scratcher DJ Styx. Other featured artists include Lynval Golding (The Specials), Horace Andy, and MC SirReal.

The Dub Pistols' overwhelming dance bomb has already exploded on countless dance floors. The electronic eclectics, whose genius is comparable to Basement Jaxx, move with deadly confidence in every dance music genre, as they have proven many times in live performances in Hungary.

Location

A38 Ship

Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
