Pocket Pick koncert a Központban

Pocket Pick is an electronic jazz project launched in February 2025 by jazz pianist Gergő Szabó. The music is instrumental, its aesthetics are predominantly shaped by fusion jazz, jungle/drum and bass, and hip-hop genres, but the mechanics of communication are predominantly the language of jazz in the strict sense of the word, which allows the musicians to engage in improvisational, spontaneous conversation within the pieces. The band members graduated from the jazz department of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. The band plays exclusively its own compositions.
