Exkluzív tárlatvezetés Dr. Sári Zsolttal a Golden Repair kiállításban
Dr. Zsolt Sári, curator, deputy director of Skanzen, and president of ICOM Hungary, gives an exclusive guided tour of the Golden Repair exhibition.
I studied ethnography and political science at the University of Debrecen and obtained my PhD in 2004. I have been working at Skanzen since 2001. Over the past two decades, I have been involved in the design and construction of the museum's buildings and the organization of its permanent and temporary exhibitions. I have conducted ethnographic research in Hungary, Romania, Argentina, and Israel.

Schedule
In my museum work, I am interested in contemporary social issues, how museums can contribute to eliminating social inequalities, and what democratization processes they can generate. In my museum work, whether in collection, research, or exhibition activities, I enjoy working with minorities and addressing social and historical traumas.
I am an active member of ICOM. Since 2021, I have been the president of ICOM Hungary, and since 2023, I have been a member of the Standing Committee on Ethics (ETHCOM) and the president of AEOM (European Association of Open Air Museums – a member organization of ICOM).
The event can only be attended with a program ticket!
Ludwig Museum
The Ludwig Museum - Museum of Contemporary Art, located in Müpa, is the first museum in Hungary to exclusively collect contemporary art. In addition to a permanent exhibition of the collection donated by the Ludwigs and a number of temporary exhibitions, the museum aims to raise awareness of the works and their creators through special publications and a variety of art education and art education programmes.
