Tálas Áron Trio

Áron Tálas, an outstanding pianist among the young generation of Hungarian musicians even by European standards, is one of the few exceptions who write and play music deeply rooted in tradition, yet still find a place in the BMC Records catalog, which primarily features modern productions, thanks to their qualities. Tálas has already released two trio albums with the label: Little Beggar (2018) and New Questions, Old Answers (2023), whose groovy, melodic and emotional tracks represent the best of the traditional jazz piano trio world. At this concert, in addition to performing favorite songs from the two albums, the trio will also offer a glimpse into the bandleader's new compositions.
