Дeva is one of the most original artists on the Hungarian electronic music scene today. Her grandiose evening entitled Virágzás (Blossoming) promises to be a true celebration, where her distinctive soundscape will merge with acoustic elements, polyphonic vocals, and string arrangements. In recent years, the young singer-songwriter has crafted a unique world at the intersection of Hungarian folk music and electronica, and this concert opens up another new chapter as vocal interludes from the Napfonat female a cappella group and special orchestrations by a string quintet add new hues to her music. The concert promises new arrangements of folk songs, fresh adaptations, and previously unheard musical innovations. “To me, Blossoming is the springing into new life of electronic music through the influence of acoustic elements.
