Soviet Monday, Cica, Bufo Alvarius

After five years of work, expansion, and rebranding, Soviet Monday will release its first album on February 9. In 8+2 tracks, we peek through the keyholes of a 2+1 half-room apartment and outline the motifs that describe everyday life in the suburbs. Foot training, NB III soccer matches, driving to the Tököl ferry and Balassagyarmat, the gas-fired power plant in Százhalombatta, Reformed churches, confession, women, alcohol—this is Central European Post-Punk, which we will celebrate on February 21.
