Alex Torres is a Peru-born guitarist based in Budapest, blending the passion of flamenco with Latin and contemporary elements. The son of legendary Peruvian musician Pepe Torres, he studied jazz at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music under Gyula Babos, then deepened his flamenco studies in Seville. An active figure on the Hungarian music scene, he has performed at Müpa, Erkel Theatre, Sziget Festival, and many other major stages, and has collaborated with numerous Hungarian artists. Alongside his session work, he also leads his own solo project as a guitarist and composer.
