Bacsó Kristóf számára legfontosabb a saját zenekara, a TRIAD, egy kísérletező zenei műhely, melynek hangzása számos fesztiválon aratott nagy sikert itthon és külföldön egyaránt. A TRIAD zenéje egyszerre merít a jelenből és a közép-kelet európai zenei tradíciókból. A gondosan kimunkált részek mellett fontos szerepet kapnak a közös improvizációk és új zenei területek feltérképezése.
