Mucsi Emese és Barabási Albert-László tárlatvezetése // A képlettől a képig | A dataizmus művészete

2026-03-07T15:00:00.000Z

A joint guided tour by curator Emese Mucsi and artist Albert-László Barabási at the exhibition From Formula to Image | The Art of Dataism.

The Kunsthalle's new exhibition introduces visitors to the concept of dataism, focusing on Albert-László Barabási, an internationally renowned network researcher whose work examines the functioning of networks emerging from data.

Over the past five years, Barabási has embarked on large-scale fine art and painting projects, organized a workshop (Barabási Atelier) around himself, and created a unique series of painting projects, each of which was based on some form of data or data analysis from three cycles: Fake News, Banned Books, Numbers—each of which processes a separate set of data related to contemporary culture, revealing different aspects of dataism.
