Ray (Colin Farrell) and Ken (Brendan Gleeson) are professional hitmen. However, their latest job has caused a bit of trouble. Because of this, their boss decides it’s best to send them on a forced vacation. So they travel from London to Bruges, Belgium, until the situation clears up. They try to act like tourists in the Flemish town. Ken enjoys the peace and quiet, but Ray is haunted by the bloody events. While waiting for a call from the boss, they meet a whole cast of strange characters. Among them are an American dwarf actor filming in Europe, a few Dutch prostitutes, and the mysterious Chloe...
