Schedule

Henge (UK)

Attention people! This is HENGE.

We are not of this world.

We bring music from distant planets.

This gift is dedicated to the building of humanity... so that eventually your species will end war and create new homes in space.

Aliens - HENGE - have been delighting audiences in the UK and Europe since landing on planet Earth seven years ago. Their scintillating live performance earned them the award for "Best Live Act" at the Independent Festival Awards, and they have since cemented their reputation with two acclaimed albums, numerous tours and regular mainstage festival appearances.

Their music defies definition, but occupies a space between rave and prog rock that no one knew existed. Energetic, subversive and invigoratingly playful, it cheerfully goes "where no one has gone before".

Ultimately, HENGE spreads a message of hope that entertains and uplifts audiences in equal measure.

Location

A38 Ship

Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
