Géem

Géem is a Hungarian indie folk singer who began performing solo in 2022. After several years of busking and shouting over the crowds in various pubs, he now shows what it’s like to sing in the solitude of quiet rooms. His sound, inspired by John Mayer, Matt Corby, and Bon Iver, combines acoustic elements with techniques familiar from electronic music, ensuring that his songs can resonate on stage just as they will on his upcoming debut album.

In just over a year of performing under the name Géem, he has already played concerts at Akvárium, A38 Ship, Turbina, and the Veszprém Street Music Festival. He was also shortlisted for the Kikeltető program and was accepted into the Hangfoglaló Program.
