The Blue Rabbit Hammond Band is a special formation: a unique line-up in our country, playing an entertaining jazz-funk-blues with organ. The Hammond organ takes the lead and the bass, with drums, guitar and an impressive brass section playing their own compositions. The band plays in Budapest on a monthly basis, playing the biggest party venues as well as the smokiest pubs in the city, and has also performed at several summer festivals. The band's founder is the Hammond-maniac Mátyás Premecz, also known from Qualitons, who, not to be left without quality organ music, organises an annual national Hammond festival.
