Soharóza

Soharóza is an experimental singing ensemble, led by Dóra Halas, which has been playing with sounds, different music and noises, the human body and space since 2008, creating unconventional performances that cannot be classified by genre. The main characteristic of the group is its collaborative composing or editing approach, in which choir members participate in the creation of projects not only as performers but also as co-creators. They are open to anything that takes a particular approach to the perception and manipulation of sound, whether it be special sound production, choral improvisation or singing with movement, so that their performances sometimes take on a very extreme character.
