HERSELF

HERSELF, who play electronic 'underground indiepop', released their eponymous EP in December 2019, and since then they have been releasing their songs as singles, which have always been accompanied by music videos. Their songs tell the story of a girl. The band is "bilingual", they like to sing in both English and Hungarian, and most recently they recorded a song by János Bródy for a birthday tribute album for János Bródy. In recent years the band has toured all over the country as guests of Péter Müller's Siamese AndFriends, but they have also played in Kobuci Kert and on the A38, and have performed at several major Hungarian festivals (e.g. In 2021 and 2022, the band was also included in the national finals of the Joy of Music talent show, and their video Lucky You won the "best cinematography" category at the 05th Hungarian Clip Show.

The members of the band are Attila Bakos - vocals, Zita Bakos - keyboards, vocals, Borostyán Bótyik - vocals, Bence Bese - bass guitar, Ádám Szalvai - guitar, Mátyás Popovics - drums.
