"As life would have it, I was finally able to realize my childhood dream of opening my own restaurant in Budapest with my wife Aniko, when after much planning and preparation we opened a real Italian establishment in 1994 on Dohány Street. For us, Fausto's is not just a family business, it is an important essence of our lives, and our grown-up children are now increasingly involved in its operation.
