◖ The Hungarian Jazz Festival ◗
In 2024, on Saturday 14 September, there will be a full-day programme of events entitled Hungarian Jazz Celebration, with free open-air concerts, book launches, award ceremonies, evening concerts with combined season tickets - organised jointly by the Hungarian Jazz Association and the Hungarian House of Music.
Schedule
The Nart Orchestra, the Bohém Ragtime Jazz Band and Kovász will perform on the open-air stage, Gábor Szántó T. will present his book about János Gonda in the Auditorium, and the Hungarian Jazz Festival awards ceremony will take place before the evening concerts. In the Concert Hall from 20:00 the Szakcsi Lakatos Róbert Trio with Gábor Bolla will play, and from 21:30 Tzumo Gypsy Dreams will close the day.
