Unusual Songwriting Workshop with Carson Coma & DJ workshop

How is a Carson Coma song born? 🎶 Which comes first, the lyrics or the music? 🎤🎸 Which is the chicken and which is the egg? How much does instinct and how much does conscious work contribute to creation? 🤔 What is more important in songwriting, EQ or IQ? 💡❤️ And what happens when the creator and the analyst start talking to each other to trace the genesis of the songs? 🎙️ The Songwriting Workshop, launched in 2021 at ISON Budapest, seeks to answer just such questions.

Schedule

📅 On 1 December at Kraftlab in Debrecen, Zsombor Bóna and Barnabás Héra, two members of Carson Coma, will approach specific Carson Coma songs and general questions from the inside, while music historian Gergely Fazekas will approach them from the outside. Somewhere along the way they will hopefully meet - there will be sound tracks, instruments, music history examples and personal stories, so we won't be bored for a moment. 😄

There will also be a DJ workshop after the talk - details coming soon! 🎧🎛️

Admission is free, but you should arrive early as we have limited space available. 😊⏳
