On 16 December, Næz will release their debut album, One Foot Elsewhere, which will be unveiled a month later, on 16 January.
The album is an emotional rollercoaster: living and processing a chaotic period, finding your own voice. At times critical, yet softer and more intimate than ever before, due to the usual "moderate anger". But always honest. And raw. As is Næz.

Næz is an alternative rock quintet from Budapest. Their music is characterised by unusual beats, pleasant guitar harmonies and moderately angry lyrics, guaranteed to entertain and/or tear the soul apart. Their aim is to create songs without genre restrictions, songs that they can say "Næz is really us".
The band was formed in September 2022, and in 2023 they reached the final of the Fülesbagoly Talent Search in Debrecen, were present at the Made in Debrecen Festival and the Night of Museums in Székesfehérvár. In addition to several club concerts in Budapest, they also performed in several cities in the countryside.

DEAF SOUNDCHECK is a postmodern alternative rock band from Budapest, combining the energy of indie, britpop and post-punk with melancholic lyrics. The band was formed in 2023, and consists of Adrián Mészáros (guitar, vocals), Norbert Kőrösi (drums), Lola Szabó (keyboards, vocals), Máté Adorjáni (lead guitar) and Zia Forgó (bass), and has just released its first 4-song EP, Demos (&) Stuff. The songs explore themes of love, death and social criticism, while combining a '90s sound with modern elements.
