The Sonus Cordis Quartet was founded in 2019 at the initiative of the Artisjus award-winning violinist Eszter Krulik and violinist Róza Lachegyi. The main profile of the ensemble is contemporary music and improvisation, they have an active and lively relationship with different generations of composers, and they boast dozens of performances every year. They are present at all the major concert venues in Budapest, including Müpa Budapest, the Liszt Academy, the BMC and the Fuga.
