How much will you take? And how much can you take? The overworked Bogi (Mari Dorottya) studies classical singing at the Academy of Music, but as a country girl she finds it hard to find her place in Budapest. She earns money by babysitting her cousin Tamás (Csaba Polgár - Cicaverzum) and his wife Zita (Juli Jakab - Napszállta). The couple's relationship is in crisis, and the tension between them is inadvertently spilling over to the children, and ultimately to Bogi. She makes a fatal mistake on the day of a singing exam that is crucial to her future.
The latest film by Mihály Schwechtje, director of I Hope You Die Next Time 🙂 explores the problem of overwork, focusing on a single day in the lives of its three protagonists. It gives a sharp insight into the sacrifices we have to make in order to get through our everyday lives.

In January 2016, the 108-year-old Bem Cinema will reopen its doors to the public, in a new way never seen before in Hungary: as a cinema of cult and classic films (no harm!), or as the educated French say (if you know your English): as a "repertory cinema".
