Joel (Jim Carrey) is shocked to discover that his girlfriend Clementine (Kate Winslet) has erased all memories of their eventful relationship. In desperation, he contacts the inventor of the procedure, Dr. Howard Mierzwiak (Tom Wilkinson), to have her erased from his memory.
But as Joel's memories gradually fade, he rediscovers his love for Clementine. From deep in the hidden corners of his brain, forces are at work that try to prevent the procedure from succeeding. As Dr. Mierzwiak and his colleagues (Kirsten Dunst, Mark Ruffalo, Elijah Wood) chase Joel through a maze of his own memories, it becomes clear that Joel simply cannot get Clementine out of his mind.

Bem Cinema
In January 2016, the 108-year-old Bem Cinema will reopen its doors to the public, in a new way never seen before in Hungary: as a cinema of cult and classic films (no harm!), or as the educated French say (if you know your English): as a "repertory cinema".
