Schedule
Blue-Stone, or Blues-Tone? - a play on words, but also a reference to the name of the band's founder, András "Stone" Kőmíves. Bluestone started in spring 2014. The band's repertoire includes compositions by black and white artists of different eras, with well-known and lesser-known blues (or blues-related) songs twisted and rearranged. In the spring of 2015, the band released the live album "Live at Muzikum", featuring Tibor Tátrai "guitar magician" Tátrai on some of the songs. At the beginning of 2021, with the addition of vocalist János Vasicsek "Öcsi", the renewed band will continue what it started 7 years ago: to promote and keep alive the genre.
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
