Our father sent a message - Grecsó brothers' evening of art
📍Location: Várkert Bazár, Event Hall

The Grecsó brothers have been telling stories together on stage for more than ten years, bringing the past and their shared stories to life in the language of fiction, music and dance. Their collaboration is based on the idea that literature can inspire jazz and contemporary dance.

Schedule
The collaboration has taken many forms so far, but this latest performance is perhaps the most complete. Once again, the selected texts by Krisztián Grecsó surprise those on stage, but this time the artists of the Willany Leó Improvised Dance Theatre: six dancers and two musicians, respond.
The organisation, conceived and run by Zoltán sixteen years ago, is a collaboration of contemporary dance artists that explores the potential of free improvisational dance and promotes the possibilities of 'instant' solutions to self-expression. Krisztián Grecsó's latest novel, My father sent me a message, is the most personal book the author has written to date, and the company's artists are bringing it to life.
