This time we've also put together a selection of the new highlights: an environmentally conscious cookbook, a unique architecture album, a cult Latin American novel, a poem collection with a poignant power, contemporary Hungarian short stories - all of which are particularly worth a look:

🌈 Barsi Nikoletta (ed.): Nikolarski (Nikolarios).
🐈 Caitlin Doughty: Will my cat eat my eyes if I die? (Figura)
🐦⬛ Gunnar Gunnarsson: Black Birds (Ø)
🛞 Kele Fodor Ákos: Honti hantok (Tea)
🌀 Réka Korcsog: I dream of my world (Two Moons)
🏛️ Magdalena Jeleńska: Archistoria (Chirimojó)
🌱 Réka Nagy: Planet-saving cookbook (Gingko)
💫 Roberto Bolaño: Distant Star (Sonora)
⚙️ Sirpa Kähkönen: Granite Man (Polar)
This year the fair will also expand its space: publishers will have space in the upstairs gallery in addition to the usual exhibition area.
Payment by credit card and cash will be possible on site.
The Pikszis café will be open during the event and the venue is dog-friendly - four-legged guests are welcome!
Pikszis Culture Point
At Pikszis we collect, consume and display all kinds of art. We have created a multi-functional, cultural community space where everyone is welcome, regardless of their prior level or connection to the arts. Our aim is to make it easier for everyone to explore different art forms by bringing together visual arts, music and more in one institution. Pikszis currently consists of a gallery, a café, a record shop, a vintage store and rooms for different workshops and events. We also have an in-house art school, the Pikszis Analogue Circle, which takes a slightly different approach to teaching people how to create.
