Music therapy can help you do that. Music therapy is a scientifically proven methodology that utilises the natural properties of music, melody, rhythm, harmony and sound and vibration itself in a therapeutic process. The aim of music therapy is to help the individual explore their own potential and use their creativity to help them achieve their personal goals and support their personal development. All this to enable people to live a qualitatively better, bolder, more self-identified life.

This group is for those who desire to get closer to their own emotional world - whether it's due to life difficulties, stress, anxiety or inner blockages. Instruments, silence, rhythm and safe space will be your companions to deeper layers of self-awareness.
No previous musical training is necessary!
