LORNA SHORE, Whitechapel, Shadow of Intent, Humanity's Last Breath
Lorna Shore has just completed a successful European festival tour: after the American guys rocked the stages of Hellfest, Rock am Ring, and Rock im Park, they have now announced a European headliner tour. They are returning to increasingly larger venues in cities across the continent and the United Kingdom, thanks in part to their illustrious support acts: this time around, they will be joined by Whitechapel, Shadow of Intent, and Humanity's Last Breath. They will play in Budapest on January 29, 2026, at the Papp László Budapest Sportarena.
Lorna Shore continues to forge ahead with unbroken momentum this year: their new album, I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me, will be released by Century Media in September, which they plan to be another milestone in pushing the boundaries of modern extreme metal. Their recent performances have drawn crowds of tens of thousands, so it's fair to call them one of the most important and ambitious bands in the genre. This momentum is likely to be further enhanced by the tour announced for next year.

Schedule
Formed in 2009, Lorna Shore is a 21st-century band in every sense of the word: viral Spotify hits, hundreds of millions of streams, successful tours, and an ever-growing, dedicated fan base. The New Jersey-based band has redefined the boundaries of the extreme metal genre with each new release, and they plan to do the same with their upcoming album, due out this fall, following 2022's Pain Remains.
The core of Whitechapel, formed in Knoxville in 2006, has remained unchanged since 2007, with the exception of drummer Brandon Zackey, who joined in 2022. Their latest album, Hymns In Dissonance, was released in the spring of 2024 by Metal Blade Records and immediately appeared on several Billboard charts. The guys' music represents the darker, more brutal side of the deathcore genre, dominated by technical riffs, heavy breakdowns, and intense growls.
Shadow of Intent, also participating in the tour, was started in 2014 by Ben Duerr and Chris Wiseman in Connecticut, USA. With four self-released albums, they have become one of the most innovative representatives of modern metal, combining deathcore, black metal, and symphonic and progressive elements in their music. Their fifth album, Imperium Delirium, was released in June by Blood Blast Distribution.
The evening will be opened by Swedish band Humanity's Last Breath, formed by Buster Odelholm (Vildhjarta, Thrown) and Filip Danielsson. The band combines elements of deathcore, djent, doom metal and blackened death metal, and is often compared to Meshuggah, particularly for their polyrhythmic arrangements.
