Analog Balaton

Since its inception, the band's sound has been based on acoustic guitar music and darker, pulsating electronics. Their career development has been unique in many ways. They had not yet recorded any songs when they were already playing sold-out live shows across the country. Analog Balaton, which was increasingly gaining prominence in the domestic underground scene, finally released its first album in 2021. The nine-track album, titled Lent, remained faithful to the band's early improvisational, monotonous electronic sound, while at the same time featuring very strong lyrics. The album tells the story of nights gone awry, dreary mornings, and lonely melancholy, and its honest lyrics immediately struck a chord, with ‘Lent’ enjoying unanimous success among both professionals and the public. The album debuted to a nearly sold-out crowd at the Akvárium Nagy Hall, and tickets for their concert at a38 hajó sold out well before the announced date. In 2022, there was no festival without Analog Balaton, and in the same year, their next single, Csússz le, was released, featuring collaborators such as Csaba Szendrői (Elefánt) and 6363 (Gege). Zsuffa Aba and Vörös Ákos didn't slow down in 2023 either. Following their nationwide tour, they performed at the country's largest outdoor entertainment venue, Budapest Park, appeared on András Hajós's show Dalfutár, and at the end of the year, they won the Music Hungary Showtime Award, topping it all off with a double sold-out concert at Akvárium Nagyhall. In the fall of 2024, they released their new album, Repedés, which they presented at a sold-out album launch at Barba Negra, and in 2025, the audience at the Valley of Arts will also be able to hear it.
