Instrument building workshop
In the Digital Course of the Adapter, we build and program an electronic instrument and then compose our own music with it.
To do this, you can get acquainted with the basics of digital instrument making, programming forms (which do not require any prior knowledge to master), and then with this knowledge you can build your own unique synthesizer, which you can then take home with you. During construction and programming, we introduce you to the basics of digital and acoustic signal processing, and we create our instrument using Max and C ++ programming languages and electronic components.

Schedule
The course has three suitable.
Dates: November 29, 30, and December 6, 2: 14: 00-18: 00
1st time:
Basic knowledge of acoustic and digital signal processing, Max bases. Making a first sound-producing device in Max with subtractive synthesis and modulation.
2nd time:
Arduino IDE basics, basics of small electronics, breadboard prototyping. Arduino C ++ programming, installation of sensors.
3rd time:
Development of serial communication between the controller and the Max program, joint sound generation, installation of other hardware brought.
The course is held by Zétény Nagy, who, in addition to dealing with XR content development, is a programmer and electronic composer. His work has already been presented at the Sound Dome of the House of Hungarian Music, the Ultima Festival in Oslo and Berlin. After the Liszt Ferenc University of Music, Zétény completed his studies at the Illinois State University in the USA, where he dealt with creative technology solutions.
