In 2026, the Finnish city of Oulu will be the European Capital of Culture, and as part of next year's program series, the organizers have set a goal to present a jointly created Lace Bridge, which symbolizes unity across cultures and nations. The next stop for the event is Szentendre.

➜ The program is organized in various European cities, where workshop participants gradually add their own contributions to the 50-meter Lace Bridge. The next stop for crocheting is Szentendre, where the workshop will be led by film director and animator Katariina Lillqvist. We look forward to seeing you there, as you will not only be participating in a great international community program, but also in the creation of a work of art that will be exhibited in the city of Oulu in 2026.
➜ Beginners are also welcome to participate in the program, as they will learn all the basics at the workshop.
