The Prussian Candidate, Drašler-Resnik-Drašler Trio
The Prussian Candidate
Ádám Fekete and Raymond Kiss, formerly known as Her()man’s Pussy, are a vehement, noisy guitar-piano-vocal duo, now joined by two special collaborators, Ádám Jávorka and Attila Gyárfás, as they take to the stage at JazzaJ.

Schedule
The Prussian Candidate, as this occasional quartet has been christened, improvises freely, its music at once minimalist and brutalist, intimate and explosive. After their concert in Trafó’s main hall, which celebrated and explored suppressed energies, was so successful, this time they have decided to let those energies run wild.
"On our battlefield, the encounter should be both combative and intimate, full of self-representative (punk) rage and intense (meditative, directed at each other) attention! The "Prussian Candidate" (or Contender?) is a threatening phrase. A calm but angry, mysterious, anachronistic figure! That's why I dreamed him up for us." (Ádám Fekete)
Drašler/Resnik/Drašler Trio (SLO)
Hailing from the Slovenian creative and experimental music scene, which has flourished over the past decade, the Drašler/Resnik/Drašler trio is made up of the country's most active young free musicians. The dynamic rhythm section of Jošt and Vid Drašler – who are brothers – has been maturing since childhood, but they have also been regular musical partners of saxophonist Cene Resnik for more than a decade. In their overwhelmingly dynamic and explosively energetic playing, they pay close attention to even the smallest details – not a single note goes unnoticed.
