Kada ad Libitum has been an active formation for over 20 years, partly as a continuation of Kada, the progressive rock / free jazz band of the 2000s.
Their music is dominated by free collective improvisation, in which elements of jazz-rock, modern mainstream jazz, noise, and contemporary classical music flow into one another, creating different blends from moment to moment.
