It’s a beautiful, contemplative intro! Here is a translation that captures that thoughtful, slightly poetic tone:
Translation
It is difficult to define what makes something beautiful, yet we recognize beauty the moment we see it. Why is that? Beauty is something inexplicable: a melody, a movement, or a poem can touch us deeply without us being able to articulate exactly why.
Is there a universal rule for beauty, or does every culture and every individual perceive it differently? And perhaps even more intriguing: how does beauty affect us at a subconscious level? Why do we feel catharsis when viewing a work of art, why do we get chills from a musical moment, and how does what we consider beautiful shape who we are?
We explore the nature of beauty from the perspectives of three creators across three different artistic fields—through the worlds of music, dance, and aesthetics.
The invited guests for our first session are Zoltán Grecsó, Co Lee, and Márió Z. Nemes. The discussion will be moderated by Petra Lefor.
