Would you like to slow down, quiet your mind, and connect with your creative intuition?
In this special session, the power of meditation and painting come together to help you create in an elevated, joyful state.
✨ We prepare our inner space with Dr. Joe Dispenza's love meditation
✨ Your own inner image is born from a focused, calm state
✨ Guided painting using various fine art techniques
✨ Release tension and anxiety – your desires begin to manifest
After meditation, I will gently guide you through the creative process step by step so that the image born within you can take shape on paper in a sensitive way – no prior training is necessary.
🖌️ At the end of the session, I will share my own meditation experiences from more than 5 years, and then we will explore the inner messages and psychological meanings of the finished works together in an informal conversation.

*Participation fee: 18,000 HUF/person/session, which includes the cost of materials (watercolor paints, powder pastels, tempera, acrylic paints, paper, brushes, paint rollers, glue, and a little snack with fruit tea :)
