As life begins deep in the earth, in the roots, and flows outward, we too begin from the center of the circle, moving through a freely flowing, rhythmically growing pattern.

With ancient, repetitive movements, we switch on the body’s inner compass, following our own flow toward quiet, intuitive motions. We allow the body to reflect our inner processes, capturing this image as we paint our own mandala. Your healing temple unfolds on a sheet of paper.

Mandala painting is a dance around the center. Its purpose is to cultivate presence, to experience the here and now. It supports the reorganization and rebirth of the self. The circular, flowing motifs provide safety and calm, while reminding us that our growth is nourished from our center and our roots. Perfection is not the goal; the process is. Each participant can explore their inner world at their own rhythm.

During the session, we create our mandalas using watercolors, markers, and pencils. There are no strict rules here—our creations arise from free, internal movement, guided by the process itself.

The program begins with a card pull. During the creative process, we will enjoy warm Ayurvedic teas. No prior experience in yoga or painting is required.
