Eydís Evensen is one of Iceland’s most remarkable musical exports—a composer and pianist whose deeply emotional sound has quietly captivated audiences around the world. Classically trained yet guided by instinct and emotion, Evensen creates music that transcends genres, moving between modern classical, ambient minimalism, film scoring, and quiet introspection. Her work is rooted as much in emotion as in technique—her music not only speaks but also listens.
He grew up in the windswept northern town of Blönduós, where the raw Icelandic landscape shapes every aspect of life. Evensen began composing at the age of seven, inspired by a snowstorm pounding against the windows of his childhood home. This first composition set the tone for everything that followed: beauty cloaked in fragility, movement born of stillness, and a deep emotional connection to nature.

A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
