Schedule
The Technocool exhibition at the Hungarian National Gallery is coming to an end, and to mark the occasion we are kicking off the year with a very special event, where we will have the last chance to see the mating dance of early technoculture and progressive Hungarian art, and then the significant e-musicians of the present will bring it to a close in the museum's dome hall. Acideal, who cleverly tinkers with analogue, Emcsi, who creates endless musical panoramas from various collected sounds, MZ/Y, a key figure of Hungarian underground electronica, and DJs Galactic Jackson, the unavoidable figure of Budapest nightlife, and Rozi Mákó, who creates improvisational experiments. In addition to the music programme, you can also buy a discounted ticket to the Technocool exhibition, where you can also take part in guided tours.
The musical and visual world of the event, like the exhibition, will evoke the atmosphere of the 90s, using the instruments and sounds of the time. It is advisable to arrive early as places are limited.
