Jazz talent fare: Koncz Kriszta Group
The Koncz Kriszta Group is an eight-piece band founded by the band leader and eponymous singer. The group's jazz-rooted musical world, built up from the compositions of Kriszta Koncz, meets pop in some places and American folk sounds of the 60s and 70s in others, creating a unique fusion musical tableau. The singer's own lyrics, written in English, like the songs themselves, reflect on momentary moods, personal experiences and visions, infused with nostalgia and melancholy. The relationship between acoustic and electric instruments plays an important role in the sound of the group.

Schedule
The members of the ensemble are diverse, as most of them are professional jazz musicians, but they all have different musical backgrounds and inspirations: some of them started their career in classical music, others are still working as classical musicians, but they are also well versed in jazz, popular music and theatre. There are also those who found their instrument through folk music, and others who occasionally play in the capital's most prestigious classical orchestras, and free jazz in Budapest jazz clubs. It is in this exciting musical combination that the songs of the Koncz Kriszta Group are heard, which, although they deal with many different themes, form a repertoire built around a single recurring motif.
Admission to the event is free of charge.
