The setting is a catamaran, where eight important people from the Foreign Office are preparing for a weekend of leisure. Victoria, who took up her post as Foreign Secretary just five days ago, is delighted to be invited on board her deputy minister Barry's boat, hoping to get to know her colleagues better. The evening starts pleasantly enough, until a letter arrives. From then on, the weekend takes a very different turn from what was planned. It soon turns out that no one is who they seem, everyone has something to hide... And there's no escape from the sea...
