Civerous was formed in 2019, releasing a demo, a split, and a live promo. During the pandemic, as diseases swept across the globe, Civerous locked themselves away and recorded their first full-length album, *Decrepit Flesh Relic*. After a series of shows, the band embarked on a tour, crisscrossing the Pacific Northwest and Arizona before playing at Total Death Over Mexico in Mexico City and signing with 20 Buck Spin. The band was founded by Lord Foul and Daniel Salinas shortly after signing Alonso Santana. Since then, Drew Horton and Aidan Neuner have also joined the band, and together they co-wrote their second album, *Maze Envy*. Civerous started out as a traditional death-doom band, from chainsaw guitars to crushing 50 bpm riffs, but over the years they’ve experimented with their sound, making their music denser and more technical, and enhancing the atmosphere with synthesizers and strings. As part of Civerous’s latest sonic experimentation, the saxophone will now feature in certain segments, further reinforcing the band’s commitment to the genre.

Location

A38 Ship

Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
