The Budapest Opera House offers lighthearted operatic entertainment with Mozart concerts on summer evenings in an intimate atmosphere. The lowered iron curtain and raised orchestra pit combine to create an exceptional acoustic experience and an almost chamber-like atmosphere, made even more unforgettable by projected images and unique lighting. Through popular excerpts from the great da Ponte operas—*The Marriage of Figaro*, *Don Giovanni*, and *Così fan tutte*—performed with piano accompaniment, OPERA’s outstanding soloists bring the composer’s most famous heroes into intimate proximity. While the heat wave rages outside, enjoy the beauty and superb acoustics of the air-conditioned auditorium of the Ybl Palace in the company of Almaviva, Figaro, Susanna, Cherubino, Don Giovanni, Zerlina, Guglielmo, Despina, and countless other immortal Mozart characters, performed by young Hungarian singers!
